People & Culture (HR) Coordinator

Reporting to the Directors, you will be an exceptional stakeholder manager who is driven to succeed in finding the best people for our business.

You will also strengthen our company culture by bringing new ideas, juggle competing deadlines with ease, and be the go-to person for HR queries for our exceptional team.

    Your Next Role

  • End to end recruitment, from sourcing to employment offer
  • Conduct onboarding / offboarding process and coordinate first day with other departments
  • Facilitate first day inductions and office tours
  • Assist with performance review process and development
  • Assist with payroll data entry including leave management

    About You

  • A people’s person through and through
  • Previous experience in high volume recruitment in agency or internal
  • Exceptional management with stakeholders at all levels
  • General understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to juggle competing deadlines and prioritise with ease
